Many youth from Wake county have found their place and community among the walls and on trips around and outside the country. The Wake Forest UMC Youth Group’s Summer mission trip is June’s mission. The Youth are traveling to Newport, Tennessee part of the NC/TN mountain community that was decimated by Hurricane Helene 2 years ago. The Youth are inviting the church to donate items that go into making UMCOR Cleaning Kits, which the youth will assemble and take with us. Thank you so much for journeying with us this summer!

2025 Scholarship Recipients

Senior Scholarship Opportunities

The scholarship program was established to honor deserving high school seniors who are members of the WFUMC church family, especially those who have been active in the church and faithful in their service. The Scholarship Committee will welcome applications for two $1,000 scholarships available for fall of 2026.
